Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of limited edition original artwork, we can only accept returns/refund In the unlikely event the artwork arrives damaged.

We only accept returns if:

  1. The item arrives damaged.
  2. You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order (recommended: 3–7 days).
  3. You provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We do not accept returns for:

  1. Items that are not damaged.
  2. Damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery.
  3. Change-of-mind purchases.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact shop@mrmortal.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage.
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping:

Customer is required to pay for the return shipping cost.

Refunds:

Once the item has been delivered, inspected and confirmed. A full refund will be initiated. Depending on the customers bank, refunds may take up to 10 days to process.
